From Manchester Airport (72 Miles):  Leave Manchester airport for Chester M56, From Chester follow A55 for Conwy, leave A55 at junction 19 for Betws y Coed/ Llandudno: At roundabout take 1st exit for Betws y Coed A470, then take 3rd exit for Betws y Coed: continue of the A470 for 15 miles passing through Glan Conwy, Dolgarrog and Llanrwst: Approx. 5 miles after Llanrwst you will come to a junction, continue straight ahead for Blaenau Ffestiniog, after approx. 200 yards take the right turn signposted Dolwyddelan/ Blaenau Ffestiniog: Continue on this road through Dolwyddelan until you read a roundabout after entering Blaenau Ffestiniog:  Then take 2nd exit signposted Porthmadog A494:  Follow A494 for 4 miles until you reach a junction: go straight ahead and continue for a further 2/3 miles: at T junction, go right: after 200 yards take the forking left turn: continue through Maentwrog for ½ mile then take another left turn up a steep hill:  your accommodation is located on the right after a sharp corner.
